This is the first edition of DFWROS's monthly letter — a place where we share one family's story, the month's numbers, the families who need help next, and the small wins from across our community.

Twelve issues a year. Nothing else — except the rare alert when a family needs emergency help.

Thirty women practiced English. Four learned to drive. Fifteen families navigated paperwork they could not have managed alone. Twenty households received groceries every single week. That was May.

Two refugee mothers in our community are doing everything right — kids in school, working toward employment, taking our driving classes. The one thing holding them back is a reliable car.
