Zohra joins us on stage to share what it means to rebuild a life from scratch, and to help us look ahead to what the next decade of refugee welcome can become.

When Zeenat Khan founded DFWROS in 2016, she did it from a kitchen table with two phone numbers and a prayer. Ten years later, we've welcomed families from Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan, Myanmar, and a dozen other homelands to Dallas-Fort Worth.

We've served over 120,000 meals, supported more than 1,000 families, taught English to hundreds of mothers, and seen Hope Kitchen grow from one woman's recipe into a fully women-led catering collective.

This is the night we honor the last ten years, and together, fund the next.
